Classically elegant French brass corniche cased carriage clock c1900. The clock has its original, fully jewelled lever platform escapement. Roman numerals on a white enamelled face with blued steel hands. An 8-day duration timepiece mechanism. Supplied with brass double-ended key. The clock measures 11cm height excluding handle (14cm to top of handle), 7.5cm width and 6.5cm depth. Excellent time-keeper. Fully cleaned and serviced. An excellent example.
