Horace Woodward & Co (named after one its founders) produced a range of quality silverware ranging from tableware and desk stands, to boxes and cases. The company exhibited with success in the London (1851 and 1862), Paris (1867) and Melbourne (1881) Exhibitions. They used a figural trade mark (the shape of Atlas inside a lozenge) registered in 1876. This trade mark was often used in its electroplate production but rarely present in its sterling silver production.
