Mason's Ironstone China plate in the rare "Mogul" pattern c1815. Transfer printed and hand painted with shaped rim. The plate has Mason's transfer printed crown and banner with "Patent Ironstone China". Crown shape as used c1813 to 1820. 20cm diameter. Exceptionally vibrant original colours and condition.

This plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. No wear evident at all to over-glaze colours. Very minor rubbing to gilt on the outside edge of its rim. Clearly this has been a "cabinet" plate for most of its life! Please see photos as these form an important part of the description.
