Unusual and elegantly simple pair of solid silver candlesticks, Birmingham 1923. Cast silver sconces and shafts with weighted bases. Shallow-scalloped square shaped bases - also reflected in the form of their tops. Square section baluster-form shafts. The candlesticks are 13 cm in height. Both carry Birmingham assay hallmarks for 1923. Rubbed makers mark.
