Victorian mother-of-pearl calling card case c1870. Both front and back made up of diamond-shaped mother-of-pearl veneers. Edged with mother-of-pearl veneers on all four sides. Front and back beautifully engraved with floral and border motif. Hinge and locking catch both in excellent working order. The case measures 10 cm x 7.5 cm x 1 cm.
